Collective impact initiatives are increasingly common in education and often bring together leaders from area nonprofits, schools, businesses, and government institutions. This study examines the presence of participation of different organizations in collective impact collaboration, a form of cross-sector collaboration in which partners are mobilized around a common goal.

This project, one of several NNSI initiatives in collective impact, includes multiple forms and stages of data collection to further explore how these initiatives unfold over time.

  • Data collection: United States
  • Duration: 2015 – 2017
  • Estimated number of participants: 150 individuals
